WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Maintain existing sales and regular contact to Tier1 (R&D, Purchasing, and Designers etc.) and molders along the customer value-chain, with the objective of understanding the market needs
• Proactively manage customer accounts fulfilling their enquiries, giving necessary presentations, marketing brochures and data sheets.
• Develop new business opportunities at OEMs in China as well as molders along the customer value-chain, with the objective of understanding the market needs
• Internal and external coordination of new application development, customer approvals and molding trials.
• Providing regular feedback of the market, customers and competition to the organization
• Support / execution of fairs / customer events
• Management of inventory levels and accounts receivables, payment terms and credit limits for area of responsibility.

Marketing and OEM activities

• Will be responsible for medical OEMS and selected OEMs in Extrusion, Compounds & Blends
• Facilitate and manage product and segment training at non-Auto OEMs
• Other duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in polymer sales or marketing development related;
• Excellent written and oral communication, organization and interaction skills in both Chinese, English.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and remote teams.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• High energy, results-oriented.
• Experience in medical industry related will be a plus
• Negotiation skills
• Good data analysis capability
• Demonstrated technology excellence with proven ability of program management and coordination.
• Plastic background. Polymer Science & Engineering, Polymer Processing, or Material Science will be a plus.
