WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain existing sales and regular contact to Tier1 (R&D, Purchasing, and Designers etc.) and molders along the customer value-chain, with the objective of understanding the market needs
- Providing regular feedback of the market, customers and competition to the organization
- Proactively manage accounts fulfilling their enquiries, giving necessary presentations, marketing brochures and data sheets.
- Manage the forecast, inventory levels and accounts receivables, payment terms and credit limits for area of responsibility.
- Internal and external coordination of new application development, customer approvals and molding trials.
- Support / execution of fairs / customer events together with the China team.
- Participation in the business planning, innovation and product development process.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at the dedicated OEMs
- Promote early involvement in customer development projects to maximize specification and design-in opportunities.
- Proactive contribution of new ideas or recommendations in every aspect of the business.
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
- BS degree or above in polymer processing/ mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in polymer area.
- Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
- English communication is a mandatory competence
- Have experience in automotive industry. Understand the operation of the industry
- Good at interaction with customers.
- Can work under pressure with good logic.
- Have good knowledge in sales function.
- Proficiency in Injection Molding and Extrusion
- Knowledge about thermal plastics
- Understanding Tooling, Injection Machine, and Mold Design
