WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and execution of experiments
- Collaborate with the production plants and take the leading role to support the optimization of polymerization processes and improving production efficiency including but not limited to trouble shooting at the plants;
- Lead the research and development of new acrylic resin products, tailored to the needs of both global and local customers, ensuring product competitiveness and compliance with relevant industry standards.

Independently lead and execute R&D projects, including project planning, experimental design, implementation, data analysis, and report submission, aligning with global R&D strategies and local market demands.

Promote effective cross-cultural teamwork and knowledge sharing among global R&D teams, participating in international technical exchanges and ensuring the transfer and application of advanced technologies.

Maintain accurate and complete experimental records, technical documents, and project reports, ensuring compliance with the company’s document management system and relevant regulations.
- Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor dynamics in acrylic resin field, providing valuable insights and suggestions for the company’s R&D strategy adjustment.
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
- Master’s degree or PhD in Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in chemical R&D, with a focus on acrylic resin or polymer materials is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in bulk polymerization and/or suspension polymerization processes is highly desirable, with the ability to solve practical technical problems in process optimization.
- Solid professional skills in experimental design, operation, and data analysis, familiar with standard workflows and equipment in preparative research laboratories.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in cross-cultural and international teams, and draft technical documents in English.
- Strong team spirit, high reliability, proactive work attitude, and good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Compliance with the company’s EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) regulations, with a strong sense of safety in experimental and work processes.
