WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build understanding of polymer materials and processing to support customers.
- Provide technical advice and assist in troubleshooting material or processing issues.
- Support internal/external training on material and application basics.
- Participate in evaluation or development activities related to products and applications.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- Monitor general market/industry trends to support business teams.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials, Polymer, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields.
- Experience in technical service, material testing, or polymer processing preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Basic business awareness, including understanding customer needs and cost implications.
- General knowledge of polymer materials, processing, and testing.
- Ability to interpret technical data and provide recommendations.
