This contract is set for a duration of 12 months.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- End-to-end vendor lifecycle management, including vendor data collection, verification, and creation in SAP S/4HANA, prequalification via IntegrityNext, and follow-up on annual vendor assessments
- Execution of desk sourcing and AI-based sourcing initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities for low-value demands
- Coordination and administration of procurement systems such as Crowdfox and IntegrityNext
- Preparation, analysis, and follow-up of procurement reports to ensure data-driven decision-making
- Coordination of S/4HANA-related topics with global IT teams and Source-to-Operate (S2O) stream leads
- Purchase order creation and follow-up in S/4HANA as a backup for category buyers
- KPI tracking and performance monitoring to support continuous improvement
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
- Bachelor degree or above
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, including the Procurement module, Transportation Management (TM) module, and Master Data module.
- 1-3 years working experience in procurement especially in chemical industry
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (Pivot Tables), Power BI, and Power Automate
