WHAT YOU WILL DO
Accounts payable operation
- Perform invoice verification and prepare weekly payments list and urgent/advance payments;
- Monitor outstanding AP balance and prepare AP aging report;
- Perform intercompany transaction monthly balances reconciliation;
- Perform vendor master data maintenance;
- Perform AP KPI analysis reports and improve IVT Automation process;
Concur Employee reimbursement operation
- Perform daily Employee reimbursement registration;
- Perform employee reimbursement application checking according to Concur policy;
- Prepare T&E reimbursement reports & related KPI report;
Baiwang Invoices management operation
- Perform daily input VAT invoices status monitoring in Baiwang invoice system;
- Issue daily output VAT invoices in Baiwang invoice system;
- Monitor and trace Asia E-invoices mailbox & Baiwang invoices system operating errors;
Bank payments operation
- Perform weekly bank payments;
- Perform E-Slip & Bank statement management;
- Provide support and backup for daily bank payment process;
- Prepare and support bank process related KPI report;
Accounting documents filing operation
- Reimbursement original documents filling;
- Accounting documents storage management;
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
- Bachelor degree held in accounting/finance perferred;
- At least 2 years Account payable & Bank accounting experience in MNC;
- SAP finanical module experience perferred;
- In-depth knowledge of microsoft office applications(eg, word, excel, powerpoint etc.);
- Proficient in spoken and written English;
