WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Order Processing: Responsibility for complete order to cash process. Creating Sales Orders, Indents, Invoices in SAP. Creating and executing High Seas Sales Agreements with customers. Manage shipment execution in close coordination with overseas CS.
- Co-ordination & Communication: Regular communication & follow up with customers, overseas colleagues, logistics & CHAs for timely delivery of import shipments, import documentation, Letter of Credits, etc.
- Managing Receivables: Payment follow-up with customers on a regular basis, ensuring overdues are below the target levels, and escalating to Business Manager when required. Work closely with accounts team for Reconciliation of Customer Accounts
- Sales Support: Assisting Sales for Customer Complaints / Sample Requests, Updating customer profiles in CRM, coordinating the prompt resolution of customer requests, with occasional customer visits.
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
- You enjoy working in a cross functional team and demonstrate exceptional commitment and high motivation. You have good communication skills & problem solving ability
- Graduate in any discipline, with 3 – 5 years of working in a similar position, preferably in the chemical industry. Post graduate certification in logistics will be an advantage. Knowledge of EXIM procedures, L/C documentation.
- Working knowledge of SAP/S4HANA, Excel, Power BI
