WHAT YOU WILL DO

·       Improve, optimize and support overall supply chain performance across regions for Business Unit Methacrylate Resins. 

·       Define, implement, and manage supply chain targets and corresponding KPIs, ensuring alignment with global and regional business goals as well as defined Supply Chain Strategy.

·       Lead the development and application of analytical tools and methodologies to monitor, assess, and enhance supply chain performance.

·       Prepare regular performance reports and performance analysis (incl. actionable insights) and present regularly to the BU Management

·       Integrate risk management, data analytics, and logistics performance into a cohesive performance management framework.

·       Develop and manage logistic performance dashboard customized to BU requirements

·       Collaborate with Logistics Procurement in provider selection and conduct regular logistics carrier performance audits

·       Work closely with the global and regional supply chain teams as well as other functions (e.g., logistics, procurement) along the relevant E2E processes to ensure progress of improvement measures

·       Promote a performance-driven culture by coaching teams to adopt data-based performance improvement practices.

 

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in supply chain, logistics controlling, or process optimization, ideally in an international environment.
  • Strong expertise in KPI development and application, as well as proficiency in analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
  • Experience in integrating data analytics, risk management, and operational metrics to derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to understand cross-functional interdependencies within complex supply chain structures and systematically drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders across logistics, procurement, and planning.
  • Proven experience in coaching teams and fostering a data-driven, performance-oriented culture.
  • Structured and analytical mindset with a high level of initiative and execution strength.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to operate effectively in an international environment.
