RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain regional business network in compliance with government regulatory and be responsible for customer evaluation.
• Work out OEMs‘ management SOP with update
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate customer’s performance and status to ensure the related agreement are fully observed
• Market intelligence collection and analysis: including but not limited to competitor activities, price evaluation, new applications, new capacities, shut-downs etc.
• Develop and manage relationships with Other Channel Partners and where appropriate, end-customers (OEM’s, Direct/Tier customers) in support of the business segment strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree or above, referred to chemical industry or business administration;
• Minimum 5 years prior experience in chemical industry and distribution management;
• Excellent written and oral communication, organization and interaction skills in both Chinese/English.
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional and remote teams.
• Strong data analysis capability
