WHAT THE ROLE DELIVERS
As the Order to Cash (O2C) Manager, you will drive the performance, efficiency, and customer experience of our end‑to‑end O2C process across the Americas region for our Methacrylate Resins business. You will lead strategic initiatives that enhance accuracy, speed, and collaboration across sales, logistics, finance, operations, and global supply chain. This role delivers seamless alignment with global O2C standards, elevates process excellence, and strengthens business performance through measurable results. You will be at the center of our customer promise—ensuring every order flows flawlessly from supplier to delivery while optimizing working capital and service quality.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Serve as the regional Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) owner, ensuring end‑to‑end O2C alignment with global strategies and standards.
· Drive regional O2C strategy and represent regional needs in global leadership forums.
· Establish, track, and improve O2C performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs (order accuracy, on‑time delivery, complaints, cash collection).
· Lead continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation initiatives to optimize the O2C lifecycle.
· Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for O2C process issues and escalations.
· Act as the primary liaison across commercial, logistics, customer service, finance, and operations to ensure process integration and transparency.
· Serve as the escalation point for customer‑related O2C issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
· Ensure adherence to compliance, internal controls, and risk management standards across the regional O2C function.
Salary range $96,000 - $144,000 per year. The posted salary range reflects the national average for this role. Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus in addition to base salary.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Operations, or related roles.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within a global or matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain, logistics, customer service, and financial processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) and data analytics tools.
- Proven success driving process improvements, standardization, and organizational change.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Education & Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field required.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
