WHAT THE ROLE DELIVERS -
The Regional Order to Cash (O2C) “Lead” is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the end-to-end. O2C process within the assigned regional business unit. This role ensures alignment with global O2C strategies, drives standardization and process excellence, applies Verbund (E2E) principles, and ensures optimal performance based on defined metrics. Acting as a central interface between sales, operations, logistics, finance, and global supply chain leadership, this role ensures seamless execution of the O2C process—from supplier to customer—with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and working capital optimization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO -
Strategic Leadership & Governance:
o Serve as the regional Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process owner, ensuring end-to-end accountability and alignment with global strategy and standards.
o Drive O2C strategy in global forum while ensuring regional needs are represented.
o Ensure adherence to Verbund rules and integration of regional processes into global frameworks.
Performance Management:
o Establish and manage regional BU O2C metrics and dashboards to monitor and improve key performance indicators (e.g., order accuracy, on-time delivery, complaint index, and cash collection).
o Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring that O2C objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
o Lead regular performance reviews and process audits to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement:
o Identify and drive initiatives to streamline and optimize O2C processes, reduce cycle times, and improve customer experience.
o Champion digitalization, automation, and process simplification opportunities.
o Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for O2C-related issues and escalations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Act as the primary regional liaison between commercial, logistics, customer service, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
o Collaborate closely with the Global peers and counterparts to drive efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across the order lifecycle.
o Ensure integration of logistics, invoicing, and collection activities for a seamless O2C loop.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
o Serve as the escalation point for regional BU O2C issues and customer concerns, driving timely and effective resolution.
o Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, key customers, and external partners to enhance the O2C experience.
Compliance & Risk Management:
o Ensure regional BU O2C activities are conducted in accordance with compliance standards, internal controls, and audit requirements. o Proactively manage operational risks related to order processing, credit, billing, and collections
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING -
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field required.
· Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
· 10+ years of progressive experience in Order to Cash, Supply Chain, or Operations roles, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
· Proven experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a matrixed, global organization.
· Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, customer service operations, logistics, and financial controls.
· Experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) and data analytics tools for performance monitoring.
· Demonstrated success in driving process improvements, implementing standardization, and leading change initiatives.
· Up to 25% travel, combined domestic and international
